What are you passionate about? I am passionate about self-discovery and challenging myself to achieve goals I have previously ruled out.
What is your favorite class (or classes) at SLCC? My favorite class at SLCC has been Photography 1. Learning about the exposure triangle and composition techniques has helped me see the world in refreshingly new ways..
Which actor/actress would play you in your life movie? In a movie about my life, I would be played by Meryl Streep because that would be an honor (for me).
Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years, I see myself documenting and creating compelling stories about underrepresented people..
If you could have a superpower, what would it be? My superpower would be time travel, because I’d love to be a fly on the wall during amazing moments in history, like the Moon landing.
Something about you that other people would be surprised to know: People would be surprised to know that I have a stutter, which I am able to manage in most situations, but it sometimes trips me up and I’m proud of the perseverance it has taught me.
