Where do you live now? Millcreek, UT
What are you passionate about? Film. I am passionate about the art of film making and the storytelling. I am also passionate about digital art, video games, acting, and chicken fried rice, obviously.
What is your favorite class (or classes) at SLCC? Film class. I created a 1 minute film about me getting waterboarded and beaten to death. You can say I’m somewhat of an artist. Oh and COMM 1560 is pretty great as well.
Which actor/actress would play you in your life movie? Michael Cera or DJ Qualls. No other actors have my body type. Maybe Christian Bale in the Mechanist, we’ll see.
Where do you see yourself in five years? Well, Yellowstone is due to erupt at literally any second, so I’d probably be buried in ash and dust from the volcanic fire clouds within five years.
If you could have a superpower, what would it be? To sing just like Panic at the Disco’s Brendon Urie. I would never shut my mouth and frankly I would never want to. You know some people say they heard the voice of an angel in their head? That ain’t no angel, it’s Brendon Urie my dude.
Something about you that other people would be surprised to know: I was in a Superbowl commercial in 2017. No joke. We won a commercial contest and the prize was airing during the Super Bowl. Ethan’s Favorites
Favorite musicians and/or artists: I love Green Day, preferably younger Green Day, I’m talking Dookie all the way up to 21st Century Breakdown. As a child from age 11-14, I was obsessed with The Black eyed Peas and so my people (especially my family) made fun of my relentlessly for it. I even prayed that they had a good concert once when missionaries were at my house. A girl I had a crush on in Intermediate school had a binder with every BEP album written on the front of her binder and I thought we’d eventually fall in love. I’d like to think we secretly did.
Favorite TV shows and/or movies: Any movie by writer/director Edgar Wright so Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Ant-Man (which he didn’t direct, only wrote) and Baby Driver. Despite this, my all time favorite movie is Back to the Future. I’ve been working for years to perfect a Marty mcFly impression, so far no dice.
Favorite sports or sports teams: Does Wii Sports count?
Favorite food: Chicken. Fried. Rice. How many times do I have to tell you people.
What’s your favorite place to eat? Wendy’s, because as a poor college kid, buying a 4 for 4 is basically living like a rich king.
What was your favorite cereal as a kid? Anything fruity. Raisin Bran is the worst thing to happen to life since Hilter.
